The personal philosophy of Principal and founder Gregory DeRosa is to create an environment that cultivates creativity and inclusivity, which is the foundation of a collaborative innovation environment. Principal

As Principal Partner and Chief Executive Officer of G2D Group, Greg DeRosa has acquired, developed, and managed real estate in the tri-state area since the early 2000s. His expansive knowledge across property classes positions G2D’s portfolio for substantial long-term growth. With various mixed-use, medical, retail, and residential properties throughout various townships, Greg is known for incorporating architectural and technological advances into each project.

In addition to his role at G2D, Greg is a board member of the US Green Building Council- Long Island chapter and has been involved in Hope House Ministries, First Tee Program of Metropolitan New York, and Sunrise Day Camp. He is also a member of the Energeia Partnership at Molloy College and is actively involved in the ELIJA Foundation, which is committed to providing housing for people with special needs.

Our vertically integrated development services allow us to assist clients with each step of development. Our team develops bespoke and targeted marketing strategies curated for each product. Our approach considers the asset’s surroundings, design aesthetics, class, and intended occupants.

Construction Management

Our construction team is made up of industry leaders specializing in budgeting, scheduling, and site supervision. Our infrastructure of project managers and site supervisors provides oversight for any project size. The diverse range of our portfolio (luxury single-family, multi-family, industrial, office, medical office, and more) position our team for success regardless of project size or type.

Architecture + Design

Our in-house team of architects and designers work in conjunction with our Construction Management and Development + Marketing departments to understand the discovery process and innovate aesthetics, layout, and functionality while staying within a budget. The architecture and design team strives to create beautiful and functional spaces that add value to the assets.

Asset Management

Our asset management department has grown immensely. Nearly all aspects of asset management are handled in-house, from property maintenance to leasing. As a result, we can ensure your asset is managed to the highest level while maintaining efficiency. Our asset management team also focuses on property technology to create even greater efficiency and eliminate the guesswork: offering an all-encompassing asset management solution.
